What is OGA Care?
OGA Care is a cloud-based clinic management platform for doctors and healthcare practices. It combines patient records, consultations, e-prescriptions, billing, and medical certificates in one secure, multi-tenant system.
Who is OGA Care for?
OGA Care is built for individual doctors, multi-doctor clinics, and small hospitals that need to manage patients, generate prescriptions, and handle billing without juggling multiple tools.
Is patient data secure on OGA Care?
Yes. OGA Care is a privacy-first healthcare platform with tenant isolation, encrypted storage, audit logging, and strict access controls. Patient and clinical data is never used for advertising or shared without consent.
Can I generate prescriptions and medical certificates?
Yes. OGA Care lets doctors build prescriptions with a drag-and-drop medicine builder and generate PDF prescriptions, fitness certificates, sick-leave certificates, and Form 1A certificates from consultation data.
Does OGA Care support billing and invoicing?
Yes. OGA Care includes patient billing with itemised services, GST-ready invoices, outstanding-balance rollover, and downloadable PDF bills.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. OGA Care offers a companion mobile app for Android and iOS so clinicians can manage patients, consultations, and prescriptions on the go.
How much does OGA Care cost?
OGA Care has three plans — Solo Practitioner for a single doctor, Clinic for a small team, and Hospital for multi-location groups — billed monthly or annually, and every new clinic starts with 14 days of Clinic free. Patients, consultations and prescriptions are unlimited on all of them; what changes between plans is the number of doctor seats and the scale features that come with them.
